Moreover, as a staunch communitarian, I set up the Progressive Society this year to help foster a more diverse student voice on campus, and I am also engaged in politics both here in Cornwall and back home in Hampshire. 

This year, I am your Community Officer, meaning that my job is to ensure that all student interests are heard by the Student Union across all areas of student life. I am a strong believer in representation and change, and I promise that in my capacity as Student Officer all students will be heard no matter the issue or query they may have. 

No matter what subject you are studying or how long you are studying for, all students deserve the best studying environment possible, and adequate representation to ensure this is put in place. Therefore, I am holding these meetings so the voice of the students can be directly heard, and their will can be directly enacted upon. Your feedback will be heard, and I will strive my hardest to make sure your challenges are addressed quickly and fully.

I will be holding drop-in meetings in the Stannary every other Tuesday from 13:00 until 15:00 - the next of which will be held on Tuesday 28 November. These sessions are free for anyone from either Falmouth University of the University of Exeter to attend, and follow-up meetings can be arranged if requested but they will subject to my availability.
