Both Universities run hardship funds to support students in financial difficulty. You can download a form online and book an appointment with our SU Advisors to aid you in completing the form, should you need to.

Help with Health Costs

If you have a low income, you may be able to get help with NHS costs through the NHS Low Income Scheme (LIS). The scheme covers prescription costs, dental costs, eye care costs, healthcare travel costs and wigs and fabric supports. Find out more on the NHS website.
