The FXU Mission is already well underway ahead of the General Election in May. During Freshers, students were encouraged to register to vote and plans are already in place for several on-campus events throughout the year. An application has been put in for a polling station on Penryn Campus and we will hear whether or not this has been successful in November. Invitations have also been sent to MP candidates for Falmouth/Truro and Camborne/Redruth to take part in future MP Grills, following the success of the debate last term.
