About the event
Shoreline is a promenade performance exploring our connection with the sea. It is amphibious; danced in the water, as well as on the sand and rocks, to live choral music. It is a metaphor for the storms we all endure, the moments of tranquility we seek and the borders and boundaries we fear or dare to cross.
Shoreline is an ode to the coastline, and all that it means to us.
Performances take place on the following dates and locations as part of SALT 2016 Festival of Landscape & Dance:
9 & 10 July – Watergate Bay
11 & 12 July – Sennen Cove
13 & 14 July – Kynance Cove
