The Trelissick estate sits on the edge of the Fal Estuary and plays host to a range of habitats including large gardens, woodland and a small beach. You will be working with the National Trust rangers who will give you full training and equipment for your activities.
For this trip, you will be working with the woodland team, learning about day to day woodland management. You be able to get involved in a range of activities and in the past we have undertaken planting, brush clearance, shelter and enclosure building, bonfires and fence laying/natural hedge work. There is always work to do and each visit will be slightly different.
The trip requires a £5 deposit which will be returned to you on attendance to the event.
