Don’t forget that FXU Advice (Advice@fxu.org.uk) are always here if you need to talk to someone about money. We have our own foodbank which any student in need can access, and we can also help you with filling in hardship forms. If you need help please just ask.

Both Universities run hardship funds to support students in financial difficulty.
You collect a form from the FXU office and book an apppointment with our FXU Advisors to aid you in completing the form (should you need to).
If you have a low income, you may be able to get help with NHS costs through the NHS Low Income Scheme (LIS).
The scheme covers prescription costs, dental costs, eye care costs, healthcare travel costs and wigs and fabric supports.
