reFresh is all about refamiliarising yourself with University services at the start of the new year and getting involved with any activity groups you may have missed during Freshers.
Find out more about the opportunities and support that are on offer, and come along to our drop-in sessions to tell us how we can help to further enhance your student experience.
Whether you want to try Tang Soo Do, get active with Athletics or give back to the community with a beach clean, there are dozens of activities for you to get stuck into at the start of term.
Are you a commuter student? We'd love to hear about your experience and how we can help you make more of your time on campus. Join us for pastries and coffee at Penryn Campus on Tuesday 22nd and Falmouth Campus on Wednesday 23rd. This session is free but please register for a free ticket so that we know how many to cater for.
Stitch & Bitch/Crafternoon
We'll be holding a Stitch & Bitch session on Falmouth Campus on Tuesday 22nd and a drop-in Crafternoon session on Penryn Campus on Wednesday 23rd. Both events are free to attend but do register for a free ticket so that we can ensure you have supplies on the day. We'll also be holding a Crafternoon for our Truro students on the 30th.
We'll be welcoming a new cohort of Study Abroad students at the start of term. Come along to our walking tour of Penryn on Wednesday 23rd and/or the Falmouth University's welcome session (with pasties and cream teas!) at Falmouth Campus on Friday 25th.

It is open to undergraduates, postgraduates and everyone in between, so bring some lunch or grab a cuppa from your Students’ Union and enjoy some food for thought. Our very first Food for Thought event will be on the 24th on Penryn Campus.
