The Sea Swimming Club meets every Sunday at 1pm on Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth, to go for a swim. The health benefits of sea swimming are numerous, but the greatest claim by members is its ability to cure any hangover! All abilities are welcome – if you just fancy a dip in the shallows or want a more intense swim then this club is for you! We have only the one rule... no wetsuits! But it’s made up for in the colder months with a hot chocolate or a pint after our swim to warm up. If that wasn’t enough, at the end of the year, we go on tour either in Cornwall or North Devon!
