The Meditation and Mindfulness society runs weekly guided meditations. They range from stress-relief to visualisations, relaxation to spiritual meditations. It is an incredibly inclusive society, welcoming all walks of life, whether you've never tried it before in your life, or if you practise regularly. It is a safespace for all, establishing a community that come together to try new techniques, and do so for all sorts of different reasons, personal and unique to each individual.

Meditation Taster Session
17th September 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Tremough House Boardroom
Come along and have some chill out time with the Meditation Society! Suitable for complete beginners or those who practice everyday, everyone is welcome! We'll have a short meditation, then a tea break with some loose leaf tea and handmade cups.

Sessions are £1 for members, free for your first time. Half of this goes to charity, and half goes towards tea, socials, and running the sessions!
