The Meditation and Mindfulness society runs weekly guided meditations. They range from stress-relief to visualisations, relaxation to spiritual meditations. It is an incredibly inclusive society, welcoming all walks of life, whether you've never tried it before in your life, or if you practise regularly. It is a safespace for all, establishing a community that come together to try new techniques, and do so for all sorts of different reasons, personal and unique to each individual.

Sessions are £1 for members, free for your first time. Half of this goes to charity, and half goes towards tea, socials, and running the sessions!
