Our Monday training session is free for newcomers! So if you are interested in getting fit or learning a martial art come along and give it a go. All levels of martial art experience and fitness are welcome :)
The Hupo Wushi Society focuses on the balance between fitness and self-defence. This holistic exercise helps build your body with cardio and flexibility using authentic Gong Fu training straight from China. We teach a variety of different styles including Shaolin, Wing Chun, Wushu, Lau Gar, Chi na, Eskrima, and Wudang. Weapon training and full contact sparring are introduced when members feel they are ready to apply their training.
