Don’t let stress get out of hand – do you know you can actually reduce the stress hormone (cortisol) by laughing?

It’s important we keep our cortisol levels balanced: small increases can improve memory functions, boost energy levels and regulate blood pressure, which can help us perform well under a little stress. But when we experience high stress, higher levels of cortisol are released which can impair cognitive performance and increase blood pressure, which can compromise our best efforts to perform well. One way of taking control and bringing stress back into balance is laughing. Laughter reduces cortisol and provides relaxation, so you keep stress under control and perform at your best.

This workshop is designed to help you bring stress into balance, provide you with tools to take control of stress, offer an opportunity for you to change perspective, increase your problem-solving ability, increase creativity and boost innovation… and give you some time out to relax and de-stress.
