If you want to be a top track and field athlete this year (or want to start working on that six pack), come along and work on those legs, arms, bums and abs to help increase your explosive power and endurance. Circuits are vital for building the foundation strength, mobility and fitness required for success, as well as help keep injury away! It is open to all, free of charge in freshers’ week! Please wear sensible footwear and clothes, bring a bottle of water and prepare to get sweaty!
