Welcome to FXU Advice & Welfare

FXU has a team of fully trained and experienced advisers to help and support you. The Service covers the full range of issues including student funding, benefits advice, financial problems, housing queries, consumer advice, employment, institutional/academic related problems and more.

The Advice Service offers free independent, confidential, and impartial information, advice and support to all students of Falmouth University and University of Exeter Penryn Campus.

Have a look at our webpages and leaflets - you may find the information you need there. If not, please come and see us, call 01326 255861 or send an email to advice@fxu.org.uk and we will do what we can to help you with your problem.

The Advice Service is a term-time only service, however, there will be limited cover during the summer vacation.

Student F - "I found the advisory service invaluable as a sound board for the problems I was having at that time, I was able to see people within a week of booking an appointment and felt I was really listened to. Many thanks, I am so glad to have this support at the university"
