Constitution and Bylaws
The Union's Consitution is its governing document; it sets out out charitable aims and much of how we must work as a Union.
The Constitution is supported by a number of bylaws, which provide the detail on the Students' Union should be governed.
FXU Bye Laws
FXU Trustee board have general control of, and responsibility for, the strategic management and administration of the organisation. This means having ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of the Union (as a charitable organisation) and ensuring that it is financially viable; well-run; complies with any legal or governing policies and procedures; and delivers its objectives for which the organisation exists
