There is currently a wide range of Sport and Recreation activities available here at the University. FXU activities are open to all University College Falmouth and University of Exeter in Cornwall students whether based at the Tremough or Woodlane campus.
We believe that by getting involved in activities outside of studies you get the most out of your University experience. It's a great way to meet like minded people, try out new activities as well as gaining useful experience, which looks great on your CV and enhances employability. Many also find it is a great was to combat the stresses and strains studying. Since many activities are subsidised by FXU we aim to make even the more expensive activities as affordable as possible. FXU clubs are non profit making, and any money generated by a club will be used to benefit its members.
The University of Exeter is playing a major role in one of Cornwall’s largest and most popular literature and arts events – the Daphne du Maurier FestivalThe Tremough Campus Culture Festival closes this year’s Daphne du Maurier Festival and takes place on Sunday 20 May, the day after the Olympic torch passes through Falmouth |
