Cycle/Walk to Work Day at the Staff Life festival on Thursday 30 June 11am-3pm

- Cycle to Work buddy interested in cycling to work? Want to link up with staff pedalling in from your area? pedal in with another member of staff. To link you with a buddy contact: nathan.prisk@fxplus.ac.uk ­

- Free Breakfast vouchers! *for staff who cycle or walk to work. Collect from cycle stall from 8am (*limited number available, redeemable at the Stannary between 8-10am only)

- Bike Sale  affordable, reconditioned bikes, varied styles, from Re:source, Bodmin  

- E bikes try out the latest electric bikes on the market from Top Gear, Penryn 

- Prize draw for those who cycle or walk to work, prizes from Sustrans and Campus Fitness Centre 

- Bike checks Free diagnostic checks & adjustments; parts fitted at discounted prices by Cog Cycles 

- Security marking Free BikeRegister bike security marking (worth £20!)  

- Cycle generator make human powered electricity, can you run the disco light and boil a kettle?  

- Smoothie bike hop on and whizz up a free pedal powered smoothie!
