About the event

TRIP NOW FULL - Space still available for Sunday 1st November (http://www.fxu.org.uk/ents/event/810/)

Led by a keen, local marine conservationist, David Ball of the Silver Dolphin Conservation Centre, will take you through step by step. The day consists of a morning in the Class room, learning about species and individual identification, anatomy and rescue procedure. In the afternoon, you will get to put it all to practice, by running through a set up marine mammal rescue with Bubbles, the custom built dolphin.

You will need to enter the sea as part of the practical, so all participants must be able to swim. Wetsuits and boots will be provided.

Transport for this trip is included.

This trip requires a £5, refundable deposit, which will be returned to you on the day of the course.

If you have any questions about this event, you can pop into the FXU office or email volunteeringandrad@fxu.org.uk.
