Tickets
Grad Ball tickets are subject to availability and cost £40 each (+ £0.90 online booking fee). Over 18 yrs FXU Students only, up to two tickets per student subject to availability.
Tickets will be sold in two batches as follows:
- The first batch of tickets will go on sale here on our website at 12 noon Tuesday 10 May (FXU 3rd Year Students and Post Grad Students only).
- The second batch of tickets, subject to availability, will go on sale here on our website 12 noon on 17 May 2016. (Any FXU Students can purchase a ticket on behalf of themselves or their guest who does NOT have to be an existing FXU Student).
First Batch Ticket Terms
FXU 3rd Year Students and Post Grad Students will be able to buy one ticket in the first batch. You will need to collect your physical ticket between 23 May -3 June from the FXU Office during office hours. The person who purchased the ticket must collect the ticket - bring your student ID card.
Second Batch Ticket Terms (subject to availability)
Subject to availability, any remaining tickets will be offered to any FXU Student to purchase on behalf of themselves or a guest who does NOT have to be an existing student. You will need to collect your physical ticket between 23 May - 3 June from the FXU Office during office hours. The person who purchased the ticket must collect the ticket - bring your student ID card.
Terms and Conditions / Returns and Refunds
Tickets cost £40 each (+ £0.90 online booking fee) subject to availability. No refunds unless tickets are returned to FXU for resale before 10am Monday 1 June 2016* . The selling on of tickets is not permitted and any refunds must be processed by FXU. ROAR. Over 18s only. Each FXU student can buy up to 2 tickets subject to availability. Tickets will be required for entry to the event and tokens on the tickets will need to be presented to claim a welcome drink and pasty (subject to availability). No cash alternatives.
If tickets sell out, you can add your name to the waiting list here for re-sale of any returned tickets. As tickets are refunded, we will be contacting people on that list on a first-come-first-served basis. One per student.
