Volunteer Opportunities Cornwall Film Festival 7-9 November 2008

Want to attend the Cornwall Film Festival, see behind the scenes and get a rather stylish item of clothing into the bargain, all for free? Volunteer for just three short shifts over the weekend and earn a FREE Festival Pass to get you in to all our Falmouth events for (worth £35), plus a free festival t-shirt. 

To find out more and to sign up for shifts that suit you, come along to the 2008 Volunteer Information and Induction Meeting taking place at the National Maritime Museum Falmouth on Saturday 25th October from 9am.

Cornwall Film Festival relies heavily on its team of volunteers both in the lead up to and during the Festival weekend.  Jobs include:

• Ushering
• Setting up and closing down of the venue
• Waiting staff for the festival parties
• Equipment 'Roadies'
• Runners
• Hospitality
• Sales
• Information Desk
• Videotheque staff

In return for their generous donation of time, volunteers will get:

• Access to festival events subject to availability and shift pattern
• A Cornwall Film Festival T-shirt
• Experience working on one of the most dynamic of Cornish Festivals and be part of the team who make it happen!
