Studying at University doesn’t always work out as you might expect, and some students find themselves with academic problems. You may want to consider withdrawing, transferring or taking time out of your course. If this is the case it is always helpful to seek help or guidance before you commit to making a particular decision. Often, you may not be aware of the implications affecting your finances, and even, your ability to return to University at a later date. You could feel that the course does not meet your expectations and want to complain to your institution.
FXU Student Advisers are available to talk through any problems you may be having and give you the information you need to make informed choices. We can also advise you what procedures are in place if your academic work is suffering due to circumstances beyond your control, academic misconduct, making a student complaint or academic appeal. Don’t forget you can also talk to your Sabbatical Officers.
