The Zanshinkwai Ju Jitsu club Truro, trains in the arts of Ju Jitsu and Kendo, which are taught in combination with each other. The club trains in a fun but hard working environment and very much welcomes beginners and experienced martial artists a like. Ju Jitsu is an art than encompasses most techniques including sticking, throwing, restraints etc.
