Here are some of the Community Action things we did over the past few months.  Watch this space for more opportunities!

summer term:

Saturday 15 May - BIG BEACH CLEAN and PICNIC - at Castle Beach and Swanpool! Meet 12pm at Castle Beach.  Prizes to be won and Glory to be gained and CV's to be pimped!

Saturday 22 May - Cornish Marine Life Rescue - Volunteer Course FREE. at the Silver Dolphin Centre in Penzance.  Transport provided by FXU. 

Saturday 5 June - NATIONAL TRUST Conservation Day at Trelissick Gardens.  Great fun!! Get a tan before the FXU Garden Party and do 'one last thing' for Cornwall before summer.   S

If you have a project you would like to run in the local community, or with a particular community group, we are here to help you make it happen! We are able to offer support and advice on funding/ insurance/ publicity etc and can also put you in touch with others students who may wish to collaborate.
