The reopening of elections for the Executive Officer posts will be in the Autumn term 2010. More details will be...well, everywhere in the Autumn term...but just for now, the posts up for election are Campaigns Officer, Community Action Officer, Entertainments Officer, Equal Opportunities Officer, Promotions Officer and RAG Officer. Watch FXU space for more details from the beginning of 2010-11 academic year.
What are the FXU Elections?
The yearly FXU Elections are where students have the chance to vote on who they want to run FXU (Falmouth & Exeter Students' Union) and represent students for the following academic year.
All President and Executive Officer roles are for improving the students experience; campaigning on student issues; making sure the Students' Union is student-led and running properly; and are elected by students!

FXU Elections 2010 - records smashed!!!!
With over 30% voter turnout, FXU achieved one of the highest percentages of students' unions in England!
A massive well done to all those elected, all candidates and all voters in the Spring term 2010 FXU Elections! All FXU records were broken in terms of total number of students voting - a whopping 1503 students - and it being the most contested elections in FXU history!
Amazing achievement and the candidates worked so hard in campaigning and were at the heart of the success of this year's elections. Woop! Well done guys!

FXU President Welfare 'Welfare Prez': Tim Port
The Exec Officers (Part-time, voluntary, undertaken whilst a current student posts)
FXU Environment & Ethics Officer: Sophia Campbell
FXU Sports & Societies Officer: Twins - Samuel Phillips and Thomas Phillips (Joint)
The new FXU team will take up office from 1 July 2010.
